How far do you travel?
We service Los Angeles and surrounding areas. The My Beauty Truck is located in Moorpark, CA. We charge a $25 travel fee for all parties within a 30 mile radius. Please contact us for locations outside 30 miles radius. They are charged an additional $1/mile RT.
I live in the hills- can you come to me?
We Google map every location to be sure we can manuever and park the My Beauty Truck. If you live in an area with lots of hills, sharp turns or a street with no outlet (cul de sac, dead end) we will not be able to come to your house. But no worries! You can always ask a local park or a friend to use their house.
How big is the my beauty truck?
The My Beauty Truck is 35ft long x 10 ft wide x 10ft tall. The towing vehicle adds about another 20 ft. Please keep in mind, it's your responsibility to have a safe space for us to maneuver and park on arrival.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your date.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made 7 days prior to event will receive credit of deposit that can be applied towards your next event. Rescheduled events must be within 30 days. Additionally, a $100 fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 7 days before event in order to receive deposit credit towards next event. No-shows or cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will be charged the total cost of event booked.
Should I leave a tip?
We are confident you'll be impressed and satisfied with our hard working team. Tips are not expected but are much appreciated.
How do we get the photos from the party?
We will AIRDROP photos to any Apple device before we leave your party. We can also send you a private link to Google photos which you can share with party guests.
Can the girls eat on the My Beauty Truck?
It gets too messy! So sorry, no food is allowed on the My Beauty Truck. What most parents do is have lunch before we arrive and cake after we leave.
What times are available?
We offer parties on Saturday/Sundays from 12-2 and 4-6.
